"Sophia Santos, 20" Underage drinker. They should find out where she purchased the alcohol and charge the proprietor of that establishment with manslaughter as well.

They should lock that girl away in a cold dark place and take away what happiness she has left just like she did to all these family and kids that now have no grandmother or mother or friend...just another case of spoiled brat who's parents should be ashamed to call themselves parents

I give a lot of support to the family. It is a shame that so many young people are driving drunk and killing people. A death is a death and that is a HUGE crime.

No, we shouldn't forget the family sticken with this tradegy...they are he most effected. at the same time...everybody suffers...makes all of us stop for a moment, appreciate life because any moment could be our last. tell your loved ones how you feel, never walk away mad...I do feel sorry for Jose Santos, he rode to make his dad proud, thinks the world of his children, now all of his hard work, he will not be remembered as Derby winner, but father of DWI fathal accident driver...I'm sure knowing Jose, hed give up every win he ever had to make that family whole again. So Sorry for both families involved. No good comes out of this.Just think twice ,sometimes there are no do-overs in life.

No One feels better no matter how many years she spends in a cold dark place. Her dad worked very hard coming from nothing to raise a nice family...he tried VERY VERY hard, he had to visit his dad and family in Chile, couldnt watch her 24/7 ...I dont think he should be ashamed, an indivual 20 has to take responsiblilty for his/her own actions.
