was the driver lisenced? I wonder if this man will be in trouble for anything since he was driving erraticly, as a result one person is now dead ( a little girl no less) and his sister now without the use of one arm. Hopefuly this will be a wake up call about being in a hurry or trying to be cool. Not worth it is it.
