A lot of these comments are just plain rude or mean. Bitterness and hate in both directions will not help anybody heal from what happened. Those of us who know Kenny were shocked, hurt, brought to tears by this news and those of you who knew Mike felt the same way. Kenny's friends will probably never see him again and will struggle with this the rest of our lives, how this could happen to our friend and neighbor. Neither Kenny nor Mike will ever read these posts and the only people posting or and reading obviously knew them and were affected by this tragic incident. Why don't we all calm down and just try to support each other. If there is one thing we are born for its love, Mike left a legacy of love as I can tell by the posts about him. Hate solves nothing but breeds more hate. I guess thats my 2 cents on all of this.

please pray for everyone affected by this tragedy! and whoever is in charge of this post should consider taking it down. it should be used to support those affected instead of arguing about what did or did not happen.

I wish that Mike had never shown up at Kenny's door and stayed his self back in Cali. I think he went up there to take advantage of my friend. I think that he attacked Kenny with a knife and the intention to Kill. I believe what Kenny said. If the tables were turned here and Cyril Kenneth Richard was the one in the river, I know that not one of you who say Mikey Meds was a gentle person, would be tossing those lies around so gallantly. But the fact remains that no one know what happened between Kenny and Mike. So, to those people who are fucked up enough to come out here and lie and blame and accuse, go fuck your selves. Youre not going to accomplish shit and pretty soon, your lies will have awarded you nothing but pain and a greater foundation in the fact that you are assholes.

I didn't kow Kenny for that long, but I do know that he had a good heart. I also know that he had a lot of problems. Unfortunately, I spoke with Kenny that night, he was searching for the usual(pills). I didnot know how to help him but I wish I could have because maybe it would have calmed him down and his buddy. I don't know Mike and never will but I believe he was also a great person from what I have read. It makes me sick to read of all these postings...for any of you that knew either one of them, you should feel the same way. Anyway, i think it is ridiculous that more hasn't been announced since the autopsy. There are a lot of people who want to know exactly what the situation was/is. Well, hope we find out soon so all of this so called "talking shit" will stop. have a good day.

I don't understand why someone would go through so much trouble if it was self defense. And if his arm was broken in "self defense" than why did he use the said broken arm to open the door to the Town Pump to get gas to drive 30 miles to dump his friend?
I saw the guy in front of my door, cleaning up the remains of his friend...hours after it had happened. I don't think the fact that he had problems is a decent excuse for what he did, or what he did to try to cover it up. There are resources and people to help in these cases, but it is up to the person to seek help. I read that he told one of his good friends that he was afraid that he was going to hurt someone someday. Maybe that should have been a clue.
I feel awful for Kenneth. He has to live everyday knowing what he did. He knows the truth.
And I would like to thank him for fucking up my life as well.

I can't even imagine what you went through after experiencing that. I do understand where you are coming from and I am sorry that you had to deal with that. I just want to let you know Kenny is one of my best friends, I know what he did was wrong and things do not match up in the case but i do know he is a great person. He has problems, I know that but he does realize that what he did was a horrible thing that he would have never wished on his life. I also know that the kid he killed was a very sketchy person as well. So in this case i think that things just turned bad. There is no taking back what he did and how it affected you. It is questionable why he went through so much trouble but i believe it was the drugs and alcohol talking not the true person that i used to know.I wish you the best and hope that you can overcome this horrific event. Just remember there is two sides to every story and none of us know the truth of what happened and never will. As much as we all want answers we will not get them. I pray for all that were affected by this tragedy.
