Where the Stimulus is Going

Congressmen Tim Walz made a stop in Albert Lea at one of the stimulus projects to see how the money is working in Southern Minnesota.

And so.... when all these wonderful "stimulus" dollars are spent on road repairs and bogus "runway" repairs at airports that nobody uses and then all those wonderful "stimulus" jobs are over with... and we're still left with paying the bills for all these wonderful "stimulus" jobs for the next 20 years, who's going to PAY for all this wonderful "stimulus"? My God, I can't believe how much the local news media is in the tank for "the chosen one". If you want your news to be relevant, how about addressing how all this wonderful "stimulus" spending is going to affect future generations. Are you kidding me? Hey, Walz, you aren't even going to be around when the cost for Pelosi's Obamacare takes effect. I guess that's why you voted for it. All you want is for your liberal base to re-elect you thinking you are delivering "health-care" for free. I hope you had a lovely career, because after 2010 you are politically DONE! Being a Pelosi-puppy is not what it was cracked up to be... was it.... You are GONE after the 2010 elections my friend.

Hobob, you forget that many of these projects needed to be done anyway. The stimulus is actually putting people to work now and improving our local infrastructure that was neglected the past decade. But I'm sure you'd prefer to have people out of work and collecting unemployment. Oh, wait. We pay for that too. Take your conservative beliefs and see how far that takes you when you don't have a paycheck to pay for a home, food, clothing, etc.
