Using up its nine lives?

Frankie, the Siamese cat who disappeared after his caretakers were killed in a wreck in Bethany, Mo., apparently has survived the cold and ice.

I would like to thank ALL of you who have worked so hard to find Frankie, the siamese cat who went missing after a tragic car wreck on New Year's Eve in Bethany, MO. Forrest and Dale Weber were our BEST FRIENDS, and we considered them a part of our family. I can not wait until I actually see him, and get a chance to hold him in my arms. I am sure he will have a hug for all of us from Forrest (Woody) and Dale Weber. Again Thank You all.

We are so thrilled to have been able to find Frankie and drive him home to Ben and his wonderful family!!!

I have never had such a heartwarming and touching feeling as when I was able to hand Frankie to Ben, and watch them rediscover each other.

The Miller family and friends treated us like heros...welcomed us into their home and became lifelong friends.

Thanks so very much to all of the people who contacted me offering suggestions, support and encouragement. Special appreciation goes out to Anita Aquilar (owner of Dos Chiquitas Mexican Restaurante in Bethany, MO) and Melanie Rowley... we became the Three MusCateers searching hours every day for Frankie.
The HERO is Bill Pierce, who actually found Frankie. I was just the conduit that got the message out, and the proud transporter who got Frankie home.
I hope that this tragic wreck, and the wonderful homecoming of this special cat will help bring awareness of the need for support to the NWMO Humane Society, and all small town animal care organizations.
