Why Hasn't anyone been Arrested?

I agree. If those guys had been white and she and been Spanish or black, i would still want them HUNG. See the Nortenos and Surenos are all Mexican and they kill and rape each other all the time, same with Crips and bloods. None of these people have any respect for life

This is my question.
Why hasn't there been anymore arrest on this rape case. The DA had let one of them go. The police knew he did it. A lot of people know what happened and who did it but nobody is coming forward.
All these rallies and support for the victim that are occurring here in Richmond yet nobody is coming forward.
The police have to wait for the DNA to link more suspects. What is wrong with this city.
I live in Richmond and I'm afraid.
I have been raped too and letting one of the suspects go has put me in a state of fear.
The girl will be scarred for life yet nobody will come forward with more suspects. It is just sickening to me.
The people in Richmond are saying that this isn't Richmond and we care. Well only six arrested. There are more who did this yet no one is coming forward.
I'm too scared to go outside and waiting for this all to be over.
I just had to get this all out of me.
