No I am not seeking a franchise with them and according to their email, they are not opening a resturant in Alamogordo

What email? Please provide a copy. All you have to do is copy and paste and remove any personal information about yourself but leave any company info. But regardless, that is a very common practice for companies to deny a new store until you actually see the name on the building. They basically don't want to jinx things. My info comes from the inner circle of the potential franchisee. And on his end, things are still a go.

Since you are asking for proof, where is your hard proof? "Heard it from a friend," "I know a guy," etc. also does not prove anything concrete.

All you have to do is copy/paste proof of the franchise contract and leave out the personal information...

Yes, Carls Jr is coming to Alamogordo at the old Pizza Hut site. I heard Dennis, owner of White Sands Construction purchased the property is is planning on building the Carl's Jr.

Barb from your posting. "Please be aware that we generally require" You do know what generally requires means right. Means that sometimes they will work out a deal for less than three.

However i do agree that like everything else in alamo dont hold your breathe until you see it open.

I cannot answer either of those ina factual manner. I can speculate. Maybe the owner did not feel he was making enough money in profit so he decided to lay people off so he can make more. Alao the rumour is th eold pizza hut not the pizza mill.

Are you ON something? The person to whom I was responding CLAIMED to have an email from them in which she stated they said they were not coming to Alamogordo. So she should have no problem posting it (which you notice she hasn't done, so I highly doubt that she even has anything of the sort from them). On the other hand, why would I have a copy of the franchise contract when I am neither the franchisee nor the franchisor? If you want that then YOU need to go to either party and ask for it and then once it's in your posession then YOU can post it. Thanks for playing anyway!
