We have Anti-Abortion billboards in Carlsbad.

The right-wingers, Tea-partiers, evangelicals, Rep. Brown and Catholic Lemmings all LOVE them!!

I don't particularly love the billboards and those that do, but I love the Constitution and I love America so I respect their right and ability to pay for a billboard in support of their beliefs.

So if you don't like it, buy your own billboard!!

Before you start making judgment calls about a story you read online how about doing some research on the topic. There is a lot of information regarding Greg Fultz. I have and the conclusion that I reached is, this is not about pro-life/pro-choice, or about freedom of speech/privacy. This is about one man that has a pattern of stalking, harassing, and abusing women that walked away from him. He is controlling, abusive and quite frankly any woman that comes into his sphere should run as far and as fast as they can. Read his Twitter, read his blog, and read this article. Then come back and respond after getting all the information available.

Eeheh heh.:)

Though as I just posted in another thread, fair warning about reading his blog: It'll mess with your psyche, if only because the blog is depressing, sad and disgusting. I got through it, but not without a whole lot of "WTF?!" and needing to rub my eyes a whole lot (the run-on sentences are endless). I actually got through it maybe one an a half times, the "half" part meaning I went back and took notes (LOL) after I decided that I needed to write something. That's why the paragraph about "Greg's girls" is semi-organized. Hell, I didn't even mention his whining about a whole bunch of other girls and how he'd always desired to be with them but it'd never happen (he named the girls..."Denise, Amber, Becky, Marie, Missy, Melissa, Angela, Amy, Rachel"...I have the notes lying about here on my desk.

...Hmm, now that I re-wrote that, I'm wondering if "Missy" is Melissa McConnell, his ex-wife's sister who was 14 at the time Greg scooped Jennifer up and away from her parents (Greg was 23). Said 23-year-old would supply the girl with alcohol...I wonder if either of them had ever "passed out drunk" on him. Which for them would mean a green light for Greg to explore his sick fetish with them. Ugh, gross...!!!

I'd sooner see him hung, than the billboard. But, I guess, even a worthless piece of s**t has a right to life. Damn the bad luck.

Nope, it's still there. And it really doesn't matter if Greg and his fangirls or whoever tries to get it pulled. It'll go up again (and again) until everyone's read at least part of it. I'm already prepping it for another place where I know the site owners. They won't take it down.

"Holmes said he believes Counts intends for both parties to have a full hearing on the arguments of the case and make a more fully informed decision on it." Someone need to ask Holmes how many hearings he wants on this. He has already had to chances to argue the case once in person once in writing. Guess he is like Greg keep changing the argument till it goes in his favor...

"Before you start making judgment calls about a story you read online how about doing some research on the topic."

Didn't really make a judgement call on anything except the right to spend money and that I respect the rights of free speech. I don't particularly care about Fultz and the article did in fact stress the right to free speech as opposed to abusive behavior. As it should, it will apparently be decided by the Courts.

If you Alamogorditos have a deeper, more personal axe to grind, it didn't really explain itself in the article. I'm not making "judgement calls" just because YOUR "conclusions" have different results than mine. You as a resident have every right to be concerned AND you have the inside track. As a participant in this forum, you can't really expect us all to do in-depth research on Alamogordo.

I commented on the article. I made no "judgement calls".

I understand now, it is reasonable to invoke the constitution while knowingly and willfully committing a crime against another. I just don't happen to agree with that thought process.
I will hand it to Greg Fultz, he knew what he was doing when he decided to escalate the harassment, stalking and bullying of the young woman in this venue. He has been able to hide his malicious attacks by using the pro-life platform and freedom of speech platform. Well done Greg Fultz, well done. But I am even more impressed with TechGoat, and the many friends of the young woman, that did not stand idly by and allow him to attack her with impunity. It is also a sad state of affairs when journalists publish a story without researching all the facts involved. Maybe just maybe had even one journalist did a bit of research, then the menace that is Greg Fultz would of been stopped sooner.

Waite are u and i reading the same article, "...the article did in fact stress the right to free speech as opposed to abusive behavior." The first line of the article says "order of protection" the fifth line states "Domestic Violence Court". It is not until what the 34th, 35th line that Greg states "It's certainly free speech".

Step off "'ngordo", you're proving that Futz isn't the only Putz in Otero County.
