The county should be looking into what is being said is taking place at that Vet office, Button Brand, since the County animals are being sheltered there. They were just given there new contract in May from what was stated by the County at that animal ordinance meeting. The animals deserve to be treated humanely wherever they are sheltered and kept. These animals should have never been placed with various vets over the last years. They were placed first with Staley and then with Button Brand when the County didn't want to pay the City for sheltering at the City shelter when the city had increased their rates. Seems like the County has been paying plenty to these vets that have since come in the picture. The animals shouldn't have ever been put in such positions where there is conflict of interests and possibly other issues present. Things weren't that great at the other vets office either for County animals.

Trixie do you have a High School diploma? If you do, did you graduate from Alamogordo High School?

I live in Alamogordo, been to Button Brand. First time I was there to look at the dogs for adoption I was grossed out!! The cages gross with running stools in 99% percent of them. Second time was when I adopted a cat from the local pet store and had to pay my fee. Two girls behind the desk had their boyfriends there hanging out one was getting a shoulder massage and the other kissing while I was waiting!!! Third time and last very rude told me to be at there at 8:00 and no one showed up until 8:30. When I told the girl behind the counter who was very rude she said, I was wrong and she did not know what to tell me. I told her "Then why were there 2 other customers out there waiting since 8:00am and 1 left mad because they were waiting." Again she said I don't what to tell you. I was warned in town about this place and did not heed the warning. I now let people know if you want rude service go to B&B. Think about why so many complaints? Why because it is TRUE!!

I am not commenting on BB one way or the other because I have never taken an animal in there, but a good response to the post being quoted would be: "How do you know those type of posts have not been posted in this thread?"

Look at the number this actual comment is given listed next to the "Judge It" link, which will be 100. Now look at the "Showing Posts" range of numbers, with this post being number 97.

People should re-read all the personal put down crap about small and large body parts, which has absolutely nothing to do with the treatment of animals, and then ask themselves what the TRUE reason was for topix staff to remove the 3 missing posts, while comments about little peckerwoods and cavernous snatch packs are left intact?

"MY" best guess would be that one or more of the topix moderators personally has an unhealthy appetite for bad attitudes and useless smutt, so simply joins in, or possibly even starts those type's of comments, and just removes factual comments they dont like and/or can not find a logical argument to, that would support their personal point of view. Thats "my" best guess as to why certain posts are pulled, but it would be interesting to hear some other possible reasons for a topix moderator to pull a factually based and truthful posts that do not contain any cuss words, while leaving smutty thread posts like the ones on this thread. Anybody??
