I cannot find the results - nothing from ADN - at 9pm+. Does anyone have results? It was only 3 questions, and probably low turnout....

It's a real shame the fun center didn't make it. It would certainly improve our community.

Run down to the bank, get a loan, and open one.

It is a shame! These people only care about their wallets, not the good of the community!

If the "fun center" for your little brats was such a great money maker someone other than the government should put up the cash and go for it. It must not be so no one is going to invest. It's just that simple so if you want a fun center go to the bank and see if they will float you a loan and stop trying to pick everyone else pocket. Down in flames what a great result of the vote by the smarter people in the town.

Oh good grief...In case you don't know it, the reason this lost was because the majority who voted determined it was not right for the public to pay for a private, for profit enterprize. Not to mention this company was on shaky ground finacially as well.

Not everyone in Alaomgordo subscribes to Obamanomics,(SOCIALISM, thank God.

Ya, and the citizens of this community have 3 mil in their back pocket when roads, water and sewer mains need to be replaced.

Congrulations to the new city commissionrs, lets see if the increased pay will really provide better city commissioners as the current city commissioners predicated.

All of the ADN staff reporters have Facebook pages and have for awhile, so I'd guess it's a company page.

Mention my kids again, and I will hunt you down. Aren't you late for breakfast at the senior center. Another waste of my tax money.
