When did you ever work for them to know what they do and don't do concerning locations? Also, there's nothing to say that they won't locate to that same spot and just tear down and rebuild.

There is a sign up on the building that says hiring customer service agents. I don't think they call burger flippers customer service agents.

Carl's has email and a 800#. Why not call or email? Instead you all insult each other like a bunch of kids. To see who can come up with the better insult, how sad. Why can't there be a civil discussion? Someone asks a question, why not help them? Post the facts and be helpfult. If your life is so horrible that you find insulting people fun or a good use of your time, you need help.

I called and spoke with the franchise office, not toll free. Here are some facts. Yes, if the building is up to Carl's standards they will allow a remodel. Often it's a Burger King but building new is the preferred option. It just depends on the contract between owner and Carl's Jr and the building is able to meet standards. The woman helping me was wonderful. She researched every step, called other departments to see if anything was in the beginning stages. Nothing turned up for Alamogordo.

Being helpful is more rewarding than being a horse's backside. Who knows, you might even feel better about yourself in the process. When you feel good about yourself it is hard to be bitter, hateful and mean.
