The parking thing confuses Bro but Lowes is fighting back. Also hear that Walmart wanted a grocery store and was denied until they threatened to open one outside of town.

Don't hold your breath, or count your chickens before they hatch.

This town is all about disappointment, about jokers, about false prophecies.

For 100 years here, in this land of bullshit, you've been continually taken for a ride, a flim flam scam, with BS, excuses, laziness, lack of leadership, a lack of intelligence, a dream, a falsehood.

Let's wait till the Dec 19th newspaper, and let's see what your wonderful commission, whom the mayor sits on will decide for the fate of this town?

Hate to sound pessimisstic, but you all know how this land of a day late, and a dollar short operates.

I know all too well.

Albertsons will be welcomed with open arms. More jobs, more variety and competition that's the Conservative way!

That's if your wonderful commision doesn't vote it down dec 18th.

The only commisioner who had brains just resigned a few weeks ago. That's alamogordo's loss

Does Albertson have a Pharmacy?

That would explain why the representative of the property did not want the Pharmacy built at 10th and White Sands!

Michael Shyne owns the property where Albertsons will be relocating. He also owns the lot directly east of the Plaza Pub so either way he would be making money.

How is it that either way he would make money? He chose not to sell the land east of the Plaza to a Pharmacy so he would not make any money on that. As I recall he is willing to trade it to the government for some land that would be more useful. Is the land east of the Plaza the one that has been for sale for years and years?
