Saw a bumper sticker on the car ahead of me, "Democrats care for the poor, just like Jesus".

Hey, buddy: Jesus didn't advocate for abortion. and Lenin/Stalin advocated for redistributing the wealth.

I'd suggest you re-think your priorities.

The democrats have done a lot of things that the majority of the public don't have a clue...and blame the Republicans for it.

On the cross, Jesus said, Father forgive them for they know not what they do.

Modern interpretation might well be, Father forgive the stupid, dumb asses for they know not what they are doing.

He came for the lost, the people born into stupidity.

From what I've been hearing, Jesus came for Americans.

Thank you Jesus.

I praise Him because He helps me with my endless infatuation of boobs ;-D
And He helps me with the fact that some days I'm pro democrat and some days I'm pro republican. Don't tell anyone. It's just between you and me. LMAO

One more time before day one of the new year ends!
No cliff, just more rocky road.
As for me, I will worship the Lord of hosts.
Thank you Jesus!

Jesus also handed out loaves and fishes for free. And never called the takers lazy bums. Republicans wouldn't vote for Him either I guess...

Jesus didn't ask for any thing in return did he? Obama asks for your freedoms.

I don't vote for God, I serve him.

I don't serve politicians, I vote for them.

Why do the demonic rats keep getting that backwards?

Dang people, I must once again thank God for the U.S. and freedom of speech. Even if it does give voice to unread people who only excel at 'copy and paste' skills.
If one would do the expected study and not speed read to gather an out of context sentence, hey, then someone might think that person wasn't an idiot.
After the gracious leading of the Holy Spirit, I read ,that someone who serves God serves His chosen leaders.
Some day the Lord and Savior Jesus will return and the tears will stop falling from my eyes.

I'm thinking, one of the first things to recognize would be, that the bible is about the kingdom of God.
In that kingdom they act differently because of the King.
There is a standard. One place where that standard can be seen is through David. Even though David had been anointed he continued to serve God's anointed Saul. In Exodus many people challenged Moses authority and paid the price dearly at the hand of God.
Jesus was subject to authorities. Paul teaches to be subject to police and public officials designated by God.
Nebuchadnezzar is a wonderful story concerning God given authority.
So, to answer your question,'Where do you read that'?
The answer would be, the whole bible is about designated authority.
The military is dysfunctional if soldiers don't obey orders despite personal likes or dislikes.
A nation is no different.

And you think Obama is God's chosen? How about Osama Bin Laden, was he God's chosen? He was by all accounts very religious. Do you even differentiate between politicians will and God's will? I doubt that the soldiers that carried out Herod's orders were righteous in the eyes of God.

Judge some one else Bozo. You asked and I answered. Either God is all knowing and all powerful or He isn't God. Those words come from the mouth of the God of Jesus.
If you have a problem with it, that is between you and Him.
I just read the book. If this was a Stephen King book you wouldn't be adding or taking away. Try just reading the book like a book. Stop presupposing. Jesus said He didn't come to bring peace but a sword. Why are you so surprised when you encounter the difficult sections. Once again, not my issue.
I only answered your question and be assured I can prove every bit of it. Whether or not you are prepared to open your heart to such difficult truths is not for my worries. Salvation is of the Lord. Why do you think the four gospels speak of opening the eyes of the blind so often. If you believe in the God of Jesus, why don't you ask Him. That is what Jesus died for us to have. Access to God, that was lost by Adam.

So the question remains: Who is God's chosen leader?

A lot of people think it was Mohammad. Do you agree?

I know nothing about Mohammad except that he was a prophet to someone. No where in the ancient scrolls though.
All stories fade to me in comparison to the guy claiming He is God.
Mohammad didn't claim such a thing to my knowledge.
