They haven't filed bankruptcy! It amazes me the crap people say on here about Wisper. I have had issues with the service, however they have always made it right, and have done their best to fix any problems.

Yeah, they suck here in Trenton, always having to fix my signal after any storms, always loosing reception,I guess off you live next door to the tower, your fine, but if you lived next door to everything, imagine how much gas money you would save

Wisper sucks works good one week then slow, and takes over a week for a tech to even call then another 2-3 days to come out. Yesterday after a 2 week wait the guy switched to a newer antenna and now slower than the dial up in the 90s.

Anyone who is in an area where mobile nation has coverage can get home internet for unlimited $30 a month. I LOVE it. Had wisper over 1.5 years and did not have service but about five months out of that time and was STILL expected to pay. And I can see the tower from my house and it still sucked. Mobile nation is now providing a mifi device and unlimited service and it's fabulous for the price.

I am new to Wisper. I have had it for only 2 months. Yes every time it rains I do not have internet. I was told by the man who singed me up that I should not have any problems. I am in college and my classes are online. I am not even getting the e-mails with my billing so I have to call to pay it and there is a $5 late fee. The tower is right down the road! I have had to call 5 times is 2 months about not being able to log on. Truly disappointed, but in a contract!!

wisper has to be the biggest joke . absolute worst customer service . full of liars and people that have no clue what they are talking about . they promise high speed internet but i have failed to see any type of speed above 1mb download and .20 upload . your probably better off sending something with a bicycle courior . have called multiple times but no avail just assuring me that it will be fixed but nothing ever happens . very rude and ignorant staff

The final decision has finally come down on wisper internet service everyone. The owner has once again taken a potentially good business and ruined it. Cleartalk will now take over the company in 30 days I'm told by one of the techs there. Wisper has failed to meet the payments owed to cleartalk and will now be Nader new management. I can say now maybe they can understand the frustration we as customers went through when we were given poor service. I hope clear talk gets rid of everyone that works there

Will clear talk continue the service? It's honestly the only option I have besides satellite.

I started my wisper service in November. The guy that set it up said it was excellent for online gaming, video streaming and would run extremely fast on atleast 4 devices. The truth is the service sucks, the tower is literally right by my house & it freezes all of the time. It can rain and knock out the signal. Barely loads my homepage on my computer. I am in a contract and it sucks because I have been paying for partial service.
