Call me what you will, call your crutch what you will. Until the laws change, it's illegal. No matter how you try to justify it.

You have the right under the Constitution to do anything you want, if legal. Simple fact is you weak folks with drug habits will justify your abuse anyway you can. Get some help, man.

No no see people like you who spread bad discourse are what hurt America and just the public sphere in general. People can have crutches in coffee, fattening foods, exercising...why dont you base these people. Its because drug use has STIGMA attached too it and people with nothing better to do like you that I guess like to take autonomy away from other equal human beings wish to exploit it and make life more miserable for people who are NOT HARMING ANYBODY, I dont go out and kill people or rob people or pick up prositutes let me have one FUCKING ESCAPE from this pathetic operation society that quashes all criticism from someone who tries to speak out against it. You don't have to be a pot smoker to support someone having basic human rights but people like you are just as bad as an authoritative dictator, FUCK YOU.

And If I am so weak how is it that I can support myself through college, go to school everyday, and put up with the trap that is probation. Go live a more experience-full like you anti-marcusian. AND THE CONSTITUTION SAYS its LEGAL TO DO ANY THING YOU WANT SO LONG AS IT VIOLATES NO ONE ELSES RIGHT S this is known as the harm principle theorized by John S. Mills. Which means that personal pot use, gay marriage, and other things which religios fanatics and ignorant dumb asses like look down upon hurt people for no reason other than to be a dick.

LOL, your drop to the adolescent name calling rant tells me all I need to know about you. You're on probation now (or in a trap as you call it) and will remain there for years to come, I'm sure.

Good luck putting your education to good use once you go out looking for a real job. I'm by no means a religious fanatic, I have lived a very nice experience-full life. Been all over the World, have seen and done many things that you'll never do. Ever.

I only look down on folks who throw nonsense out, like trying to justify illegal behavior with Constituional references.

If you are so strong, why not give up the weed, get off probation, and do something useful with your knowledge? Spewing childish name calling rants on an anonymous blog doesn't impress anyone.

LOL, and I'm just as guilty of that blogging part!

Dear Kristin,
Please hang in there. I read the different posts and you need to know that this SA neighbor cares about you and your family. I am sorry that our elected officials are careless with our tax money. That is not news. Can you imagine some people want the Government to control our health care, what a mess. I wish you happiness and peace. I will pray for your family and your fiance.

Thank you Donna, and thank you to everyone showing support! I haven't been on this blog for a while and since then i see that so many more people have found this site and spoke up! And KSAT is showing another report on tv about this! I believe our prayers are being answered. I am now starting to feel some relief now. Well my fiance did get another positive since i have wrote last but thats ok cause at the same time our attorney had him going to another place to get his UAs and he is negative at that one so they are caught they are busted! and also he is going to do the hair folical test to also use that at court. This has been a hard struggle and continues to put fear in our heart but we are going to keep fighting. My heart goes out to everyone this is happening to. We understand. Don't give up.

I never said I was perfect - YOU did. But you Fail to understand that Yor "friends" Poor Irresponsible decesions Landed him in the current Predicament he is in now- Had he not COMMITTED A CRIME- he would NOT be on Probation and undergoing UA tests which he FAILED due to other POOR CHOICES- why do you play the "Poor little me " and "It's not MY fault " argument and NOT take PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR POOR CHOICES!??!!
You chose to be in a "relationship" with this Dirtbag Criminal. What do expect would Happen? No Sympathy here- I would trust the Test more than the word of a crook anyday. as for the Contract- The Probation is Not automatic- the Sentence is Jail time, it is deferred to Probation AS A PRIVLIGE- the sentence is JAIL- He should have to be in JAIL adn STAY THERE until his sentence is up.- The fees do NOT cover 100% of the costs to his Crime- the TAXPAYER absorbs 75% of the costs- police Officer/equipment /ggasoline - to ARREST him- he did not pay that. The Judges salary, cost to upkeep Court, pay electric bill in courthouse- He did NOT pay that
please- the "Repayment is a token Payment-. assuming he did a Minor Crime- such as Shopliftinmg- if you add ALL the Costs for ALL associated items to it - he would owe about $250K-
F**k him and You - besides- he will commit another crime sooner or later - and cost the Decent Citizen Taxpayer and Decent MORE money
It takes a sad, sad person to sit behind a computer screen playing judge and jury to a situation that at least warrants looking into. I have found those that point out others flaws, mistakes, tend to have a closet full of evil themselves. I also have no respecet for somebody "WHO" can't at least offer their name in such a strong stance on said issue......a sure sign of weakness. Your lack of compassion and stubborness shows your true lack of knowledge. In many cases people are ram rodded through the "Justice" system. Your haughty responses lead me to believe you are frail and weak in both mind and body. Those who feel goverment control is good typical are. They feel safe but have no idea what freedom really means or is.....Get off your soap box. People make mistakes. They can redeem themselves. I believe. I've seen it, in fact been a part of it.

Be sure to come back to this thread and tell us how clean you are after you pee in a bottle at some other location and come up positive.
Drug addicts like a number of you on this thread are weak. You need some sort of crutch to get you through your day--and I'm sure it's a hard day--wake, eat whatever scraps are in the fridge, get high, go beg for money from family or on the corner, get high, eat more scraps.
You druggies crack me up--it's always the lab's fault. Losers.
It's a scientific fact everybody is addicted to something. I am wondering if yours is small boys or animals.....Then again you could be trully perefect but I doubt it....

My son is on probation and this is his first positive test, its funny that is happened at the new treatment center san antonio got, before when they would test him at the old place across from the probation office, they would finger print them and have there name on the jar and he pass all of them, the new place doesnt even have a back up jar for retesting and they just stick a red tag on it. My son has been doing everyting in his power to straighten his life out and they come up with this. He's 23yrs and has been doing community service and trying his best to keep on the right track and get off of probation. If he was doing drugs I would be the first one to contact his probation officer! He was shock and I was mad, I thought he did it! he swore he didnt and was ready to take a hair folical test to prove it. We need to stop locking these people up and get them help. giving false testing does'nt help. I think San Antionio messed up, when they got cheap way out on drug testing, What ever happen to compassion and helping each other. Thanks for showing Leap Video. dianhawk
The same has happend to my boyfriend and I would like to know if more probation time was given to your son...
