Exactly. The museum is wrong. The Pez company has every right to sue.

Wonderful to learn Pez is doing so well that having a source of free advertising and [what could have been] positive publicity - is detrimental to them.
http://www.worldslargestdispenserofpez.com/
It even dispenses Pez dispensers so it's a marketing tool for selling more of Pez's product.
They're idiots for making a stink about it.
I agree that it is a work of art same as if I carved a Chevy out of a block of plastic and displayed it at a car museum.

Sure you could. You would lose, of course, but you could file a suit against just about anyone for just about anything.

No, they're smart for making a stink about it.

If they let this go it becomes precedent, tacit consent to use their trademarked and copywrited property without requsting permission. It's the same reason artists go after small time thieves of their product.

Only idiots would let this go without fighting it.

It's called common sense, logic, experience, knowledge, wisdom. And all you have to have is a few dollars and go to your local Court House and file away. but you have nothing illegal to sue for or about. The copy right Law is bascially the same as the Patent Law. Wait until you have 'all' the basics and about 50-60 years of experience, and many years of law experience under your belt before you start suing anyone.

Now you are making assumptions, my relatives started farming in the area in 1865. And I've been in contact with them in the last six months. Happy 4th of July(again). Luckily we do not get very much snow down here.

Why do you people talk to each other like the way you do. Would you act like this in public. Just stop. Kiss each other and have a circle jerk. Anyways, this museum helps promote more sales of Pez stuff. The Pez Company should respect that. Maybe even donate to the museum. Why the hell would they sue the Museum who is a free billboard ad for the Pez company. Makes no sense. It's a museum and not a restaurant trying to infringe on trademark images.

Daily Horoscope for December 30

Virgo

If the December sales are calling you, you'd better work out a budget before you leave the house. Otherwise, you'll be tempted to use your credit card first and only consider the cost of your purchase later on. Even so, you could track down some great bargains now, provided you don't get carried away and buy items that you don't really want simply because you're astonished by the amount of money you'll save in buying them. But you'll save even more money if you don't buy them!
