Pez sues museum over giant dispenser

The company that makes Pez candy is suing a California museum, seeking to have a giant Pez dispenser created by the owners destroyed.

If they let this go it becomes precedent, tacit consent to use their trademarked and copywrited property without requsting permission. It's the same reason artists go after small time thieves of their product.

Anyways, this museum helps promote more sales of Pez stuff. The Pez Company should respect that. Maybe even donate to the museum. Why the hell would they sue the Museum who is a free billboard ad for the Pez company. Makes no sense. It's a museum and not a restaurant trying to infringe on trademark images.
