A man who works as an independent contractor on Alameda's Coast Guard Island faces multiple felony charges after authorities said he impersonated a police officer and threatened a female driver during a road rage incident in Marin County.

she should have laughed at him and drove off hopefully not running over his feet or dragging him half a mile because he refused to let go of her door handle or hair or whatever!
sorry.. didn't read the story.. page wont load. But rage isn't someone yelling.. it should be more like someone physically harming. Our laws are to vague unless the person truly is a cop it seems. like the California Drivers Manual and Test state it is not legal to drive the speed limit if the traffic is flowing at the same rate slower or faster. The reason is you could cause an accident. Yet you still get tickets for this. WHY?
