I was born and raised in Alameda and my parents, Peter and Grace Brown, were old time Alamedans. My parents lived at the foot of Peral St. on a lagoon in a custom house, 3,400 square feet, and I took care of my parents for 5 years, from l993 to l998. They made a living trust written by Bill Pedder, a crook. Mr Lance Russum, another attorney, got involved, another crook, and one of the biggest crooks of all. Judge Allen also got involved. As a result of their meddling I never got to see my mother again. They are greedy, self centered and ruthless people, power mongers. They together with my sister, Barbara Rabeneau and her husband, Russell Rabeneau, turned the trust upside down, threw me into the streets, where I have been raped, robbed and beaten up, and Barbara and Russ, with the help of many crooked attorneys along the way ended up with everything, $3,000,000 and I ended up with nothing. They have taken my life away from me and continue to bother my life. The commissioner Thomas Rasch was instrumental in starting all of these problems, after all, it all started in his traffic court. They have friends in high places and they do not care who they stomp on. God will see that they get their just reward some day.

Shirley Chamblin is one very sick person passing the blame to everyone but herself. She is to be pitied. She has no friends except the alcoholics and drugged out people that she lives with in Niles Canyon. She embezzled $500,000 from her mother, sold mothers diamonds and any valuables that she might have had to pay for her drug habit and now she blames everyone but herself. She is a sorry mess and accepts no responsibility for abusing her aged mother. Her mother cried in the resthome to the caretakers, asking Shirley not to hit her anymore....She is crazy and should be in an institution. She says everyone is a crook, except her!!! All these people that she is accusing of being crooks should sue her. She even had the nerve to accuse a commissioner in Alameda of having a sex change. No question she is out of her mind.

Barbara.. regardless if your sister is guilty of what you claim, why did you get all of the remaining money. I don't know either one of you but since you brought it to a public forum I'm just curious why you're taking the money for yourself minus what the crooks Lawyers have received. and I now how manipulative and corrupted lawyers and city workers can be. I'm not accusing anyone but you should at least give her a portion of the money so she'll go away. She's still a child as you are. You shouldn't have anymore rights to the money. If she did steal half a million and you ended up with several million then you should give her the rest of her monies. If she choses to OD on it that's her business. Don't tell me you're not going to give her her share because she will just Kill herself with it. There are trust funds you can set up which will give her a small ammount of it every month. You're nothing more then a thiefif you take more of the money then she got. If I'm going to be fair about this I will say you both sound like a couple of spoiled little girls who grew up fighting over everything in the house and one of you was smart enough to manipulate the other into recieving the majority of the trust. Give her back her share.

The millions of dollars that Shirley claims was in the Trust is totally untrue...After she spent the $500,000 there was very little left...enough to pay for mother's care till her death and for lawyers...the money story has been blown completely out of proportion..another dreamed up story to make her be pitied. If only you knew the true story.

Barbara rabbit nose is a pathelogical liar and sociopath. She belongs in prison for the rest of her life. She kept her own mother of 80 plus years old locked up in a nursing home allowing no one to see her for five years until her mother's . I was there to take care of our mother and father by myself for 5 years without any help from her. Her daughter in law and son are now divorced and I heard she is in Florida dealing . . She never made peace with her dying father. She is a greedy selfish pig who was left nothing in two wills and and a living trust. She had me falsely arrested for 5 months in Santa Rita Jail on a felony charge which they dropped because the arrest was based on lies etc. etc. etc. They eventually dropped the whole case and dismissed it because it was based on lies.l Read the files. Barbara taunted her own father before died and told everyone lies. She is a bully and belongs in prison for the rest of her life for what she has done. She stole all of the money in the trust and left Mama to die in the nursing home and left me homeless and to die in the streets She should be ashamed of herself and ashamed of what she has done. Finally after l0 years her lies are catching up with her. He children are worse than she is or about just the same.
