The Kenai Peninsula Borough property accessing is completely out of control. From the Mayor down, they all forget who they really work for, it isn't the Mayor it is the people on the Kenai Peninsula.
I am so very disappointed in the Mayor of our Borough. We elected a person to manage our business and I am still trying to figure out what he is doing for the money he is being paid.
Why any body can balance a budget, there is no trick to that, just raise the property taxes and the sales tax. A CEO would try and meet our expectations, but no this is not to be. Nothing really changes at the White House, just the faces.
