Scenerio: Life and Times of Summit County Sheriffs' Vindicated Murderers With a Legal License to Kill

I have a large, mentally ill 28 year old man lieing on his cot in his cell covered up with a bloody sheet.

I am a large, male police officer with weapons and training who is standing outside the cell. I evaluate the situation and understand that something has occured in the cell of the mentally ill man. It smells bad and there is something on the floor.

Despite my training on being properly geared to enter a cell for extraction, I go on in without that gear, and approach the man lieing on his bunk.

I tell him, as I stand there improperly prepared to do so, that he needs to move to another cell. The inmate responds with, "Please dear God, make them leave." Despite my training and the fact that I am a large, grown man with weapons, I decide that he is a threat to me and I tase him. My training has taught me that tasers have been PROVEN INEFFECTIVE on the mentally ill and doped people. So I go ahead and tase him again, and this time he gets mad and jumps up from the bunk and spits in my face as opposed to spitting on my visor had I been properly prepared.
At this point its a free for all-45 minutes of adreneline, hitting, kicking, punching, tasing, breaking 7 ribs, injecting with drugs, shackling his wrists and ankles and in turn to a ring in floor, stomping the head of the subdued inmate and finally "Letting him cook" with some riot strength spray.

So, what we do to mentally ill men who are laying naked on their bunk covered in a bloody sheet that tell us, "Please dear God, make them leave," is kill them.

----------

"I'M GOING TO LET HIM COOK."

"Capsaicin powerfully stimulates heat receptors, causing reflex sweating and vasodilation, and activates hypothalamus-mediated cooling; this dual effect increases the risk of hypothermia if victims are decontaminated with cold water on cold days.(3,7,8)"

"I'M GOING TO LET HIM COOK."

i went to bed early and awoke at 5.30 this morning to see i had messages. 2 were from kosko so i imeditly jumped on the computer to discover what had accured. it feels like it did when they said krendick was not guilty. i feel that there will never be any justice for mark. they murdered my son and got away with it. i would like to thank everyone for thire support and efforts durring this time. they are greatly appreciated. but you are wrong about this being over. our work has just began. there is still a need for changes to be made at the s.c.j. and it is up to the citizens to work togather and accomplish this task. giss i am truly sorry that i havent returned your call but i accidently erased your number before i had it copied down. so please try agin. if any one knows how we can go about making the changes needed at the s.c.j. please let us know. love mom.

Great news. They should never have been arrested ion the first place. What a waste of taxpayer money this case was. Walsh should be thrown out of office in November for what she did with this and so many other cases.

My heart just breaks for this Mother, Can you imagine?
I'll be curious to see, in maybe 5 years, what the deputies have accomplished with the lives they were just handed...a free pass.
Don't humiliate and embarrass yourselves or your families AGAIN.
The real truth is...there is no 'free pass'...and you now have a huge 'DEBT'.

No worries Mom. Y'all will still have the wrongful death lawsuits to fall back on. Those were y'alls goal anyways.

It's not about the money. It's about cops being able to do whatever they dam well please.(No, I'm not anti-cop as my cousin is a Summit County Deputy.) It is mind-numbing that these guys kill an inmate, but get off scot-free. However, a detective writes a book about that floosie Cyndi George and gets reprimanded for it. Justice served, my butt!!!

Or, we could just hogtie the deputies, taser them 10 times, shoot them with a 16 oz. can of pepper spray while they're tied up and stick something "rigid and unforgiving" up their a**. Does that sound better to you?

Call it what you want. The fact is the prosecution failed to prove its' case.

And anyone who disagrees with me, instead of using those stupid icons like a coward, cite -- with substantiated documents, rulings and/or other evidence to support your claim.

Here's your people's chance to back up your smack. I dare ya.

They killed them? Why didn't the Prosecution in this case have the evidence you obviously have to support your unfounded accusation.

You're another who's name fits you to a tee. Typical ignorance in posters: they misdirect their anger. Pretty typical nobody calling for the Prosecutor's heads.

What did Walsh have to do with this case? Your comment is similar to those mad at the police for getting away with it. Again, who let them "get away with it."

it has never been about money for me, it has always been about justice. maybe money would make things better in your life. but not mine. the only thing left for me to do since i will never see justice for my sons murder is to try and get changes made at the summit county jail. so no one elses family will suffer like we have the past 2 years. marks mom.

Ignore these a holes that support the jerks that abused your son and contributed to his early death.

You don't need to convince anyone of anything.

My condolences for your loss.

Daily Horoscope for January 4

Leo

Even though you usually pride yourself on being the strong silent type, love has a way of unlocking your tongue. The words coming out of your mouth may be familiar, but your sense of timing makes all the difference right now. Keep in mind that you never know how a risky gesture will work out, although you can always hope for the best. When in doubt, take the more cautious path.
