1 not true. the judge can let the indictment stand as it is. the evidence would simply be presented at trial and if it doesn't meet the legal standard it could then be tossed. unless an indictment has something wrong with it as written it can't just be dismissed. this isn't a civil case. |

3 I'm willin' to wait and see what happens in court. Most likely, from what we've read so far, a not guilty verdict will prevail. |

1 It was a republican judge ruling this case to be an undetermined cause of death! |

2 Maybe it's the normal course of action with this grump moron, but most people don;t end up with a night stick up there butthole when someone is doing their job. These officers went far beyond their scope of action and this man died. They need to be held accountable for murdering this guy. Schneiderman has no business interferring with a medical report. He should stick to being a bad judge and let the Coronor stick to medical issues. I am surprised the Coronor hasn't filed an appeal yet to this ruling. Summit County politicans alwaysprotect their own. I am sure Schneiderman received plenty of donations from the FOP over the years when he was running for office. |

2 You should be glad Schneiderman ruled the way he did, he exposed incompetent medical examiners that could not answer many of the questions posed to them. That is the scary part. The deputies are not out of the woods, all this means is a delay for now. |
