SUN FUN in Hackensack has terrible service and slow WI-FI.
Steph Owner/Employee Is a DINK! And needs to learn customer service.
Was in Sun Fun during sweetheart days waiting on my laptop with their SLOW WI-FI and Steph is yelling at the top of his lungs at 4 and 6 yr old kids for 3-4 mins straight...I thought the DAD was gonna punch him...UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Don't sell ice cream and toys if ya don't like kids!!!!!!!!
So I am and gonna tell everyone to stay away!!!
Go to Lucettes and get treated right!!!!!!

I must say I'm disappointed in "Loves Hack"'s and "upnorthMOMS" assessments of Steph. I have always found him and John to be very accommendating and kind to me and to my grandchildren. Maybe Loves Hack was having a hard time with WiFi because of all of the exclamation points he uses. I've always found that one gets the point accross. And, as far as upnorthMOMS, you must spend quite a lot of time at Northern Lights in order to see Steph spend his $$$$. For that matter, it is his $$$!

Well you have some good points NE Queen that I do agree with.
Noone should care how much money Steph gives Northern Lights, As far as we know he wins and that is the only reason Sun Fun is still open?

They are very nice people but I know Steph personaly and he can't seem to handle stress at all(That does not mean he's a asshole thou).

And if there is any truth to what Loveshack say's about him raisin his voice to any kids well that is UNCALLED FOR And will hurt his business. It only takes a couple of times of this and word up here spreads like wild fire.

Not gonna bad rap Sun Fun but I just stay away.
They has been a bunch of rumors about the place, Don't know what to believe. Thou I don't believe it's all made up!
Plenty of other great store in Hack.

Just skip past all the garbage and OVER PRICED pop and go to the back....To the art classes.....They are the nicest ladies that could ever teach you...HIGHLY recommend the kids art classes - I know for a fact they don't yell at your kids.

I LOVEEEEE SUN N FUN !!! jon and stephan are amazing and i call them when im out on the lake and they stay open! they are amazing and great people and their malts are AMAZING. please be nice.
