Anthony got screwed. A guy falls asleep behind the wheel of his moving 18 wheeler, drives over a woman in her moving vehicle, kills her, and get 720 hours of community service.
For desecrating the American Flag, he should have been shot on the spot. Every one in Delta should be permitted to spit a large lunger in Anthony's face.

This dude is a goof. Thank goodness for the PSP or York County would be like Lancaster County - ruled by yokels.
