I live south of Carl Junction on JJ Highway. Every time there's a *bleeping* rain shower the *bleeping* power goes out. Does anyone know what Empire's *bleeping* problem is? It's been going on for many years now and I can't get a straight answer from them. At one point they said it was fixed but it just keeps happening. This is getting extremely old! I feel like I'm living in Afghanistan instead of the USA. Was hoping someone here might know.
