"He is being held at Hawaii Community Correctional Center in Hilo pending a criminal trial scheduled to begin March 22."

March 22, 2010????? This crime happened in June 2007. Why does it take almost 3 full years between a crime and a trial. That is ridiculous. Justice delayed is not justice served. What happens in cases where the only witness is elderly and they end up dying by the time the trial starts, then the guy goes free. Isn't part of the constitution a right to a fair and speedy trial? 3 years is not speedy. If i was innocent and had to wait 3 years in jail before my trial started so i could prove my innocence, I would be a bit PO'ed at losing 3 years of my life sitting in jail cell waiting for the trail to start.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Aquarius

If you're still happily munching chocolates and all sorts of other goodies, you'll have to take yourself in hand at some point during the coming fortnight. Maybe you'll have to compensate for all the festive over-eating by taking more exercise or cutting back on the calories, or perhaps you'll decide that you can't delay giving up smoking any longer. As Mercury turns in your twelfth house of secrets, messages you receive at this time may be very subtle or contain hidden meanings meant only for your understanding.
