If SLED can arrest a New Ellenton police officer for trowing eggs, it sure seems like they could get their act together an arrest former Aiken County Sheriff's Office deputies for misconduct when they go joy riding in a government vehicle and get a female in taxpayer's car for sex. Maybe there some corruption in SLED too???

When John Herring was fired from the Aiken County Sheriff's Office for giving a women $10 and a pack of cigarettes after they received an allegation that he solicited her for sex no-one called in SLED to conduct a so-called independent investigation into that allegation of misconduct and criminal activity. What's up with that?

It shouldn't take SLED over two months to figure out that these guys should be charged with at least misconduct in office and misuse of government property by a public official. Check out the SLED website - there are numerous cases of police misconduct. No telling what they may have done with the illegal drugs in terms of getting the crack ho's from the valley to have sex with them.

OR could it be that someone withheld crucial evidence as in my case WHICH WAS INVESTIGATED BY SLED AND THEY ONLY CHOSE TO SEND WHAT SUITED THEIR NEEDS.
My case was investigated by SLED since it was a Police Chief, and even they withheld crucial evidence.

My case was investigated by SLED since it was a Police Chief, and even they withheld crucial evidence. Don't tell me Mike Nifong moved to South Carolina after Durham ran him out of office???

Is it legal for Judge Tracy Carroll to be married to Lt Billy Flurry who works for the Aiken County Sheriff's Office? LT Flurry has a number of officers who present there case in her courtroom for warrants, arrests, hearings, trials, etc. It's hard to believe that she is able to conduct impartial and independent hearings given that she's sleeping with law enforcement. This just doesn't seem right from an ethical point of view??? Can somebody help Aiken?

If they're honest police officers they can stand the heat, if they're corrupt they need the heat.I've worked with law enforcement in 5 states and in 40 years I've only had the pleasure of working with 1 yes! one! honest police officer.I saw them take every kind of bribe and kickback. They trusted me because they thought all police were corrupt. No! I'm not the honest one.The public needs to take a more aggressive interest in our country and our neighborhoods. Take an interest and investigate who we vote into office and don't vote for a party because your dad or grampa voted for them. Thats why the country is in the mess its in, nobody uses their brain anymore.Most people are to lazy to get off their sorry @$$ to learn anything new or try to protect our precious country.Use your brain for a change and see how good it feels.
