Three cheers for Lilian Koller, the director of a State agency who is legitimately trying to see where she can cut costs instead of digging in and predicting dire consequences if her budget is cut. Directors of the other state agencies, especially those who are constantly decrying budget cuts in terms of how many keiki, elders, single moms, etc., will be "hurt", could take a lesson from her. Maybe she ought to run for governor.
