QUESTION: We live in Manoa across the street from a family who leaves their rubbish bin on the grass easement 24/7. The cart is an eyesore and it's killing the grass.

I can't receive my mail almost on a daily basis due to vehicles parked partially on my driveway and infront my mailbox. Any law on this I could refer my neighbors to?
