Horton is such a monopolizer when it comes to development. a new condo project ATLAS in Hillcrest, San Diego was just completed next door to me after putting up with it for 5 freakin years. it was built in 2 phases. the first building has not even sold out yet and its been 2 yrs now. STOP THIS company from building because once they find they cant sell the homes at the prices they want for ROI, than they will will start slashing the prices to half which will impact the pricing of the housing market based on their low cost. I've seen this happen in alot when they build new projects!! STOP THESE FREAKIN GREEDY HAO'LE FROM DEVELOPING THE LAND!!

STOP BEING AN IDIOT. How many people on the State Land Use Commission are "Freakin Greedy Haoles"? The problem is not the developer. Blame the people who are willing to give Horton the go-ahead.

this is the first decent move by legislators that i can remember.....but i think that the master scammer should not be allowed to present his case again.....after all, the people don't have the resources that he does and this is what he is counting on.....wearing us down....there is no end to uban sprawl and it's disgusting that there are people out there that make fortunes on pushing uban sprawl just like this master scammer is doing right in front of our faces....say NO to this clown with the bucks.....$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

So Lingle appointed Kyle Chock the lobbyist. I'm really sorry I voted for her, what a crook!

Hurray for DOT Director Morioka for having speaking out. Traffic will be an absolute disaster if this is built
Except Lingle administration's very DOT just laid thousands of tons of concrete over the same "best ag" land these last few years in building out the North-South Road. The intersections connecting to these future residential development are already built out if you ask those familiar with that construction.

The dept heads and LUC commissioners are all appointed by Lingle Administration.

Seems that the backdoor has been sealed and delivered.
