Where's legislation that reduces spending? Where is the legislation to defer pay raisess to the legislature. The revenue shortfall has been no secret, but for the first month of the session, the legislature has been wasting its time on nonsense like naming a state insect, or fireworks or cell phone bans, or civil unions. Meantime this budget issue has been hanging over their heads and now they "fear" a revenue slump? Where have they been for the last month or more?
