Rode on many of her buses over the years on my trips to visit all the Ohana--bus company lucky to have her! Was always friendly and spread the aloha spirit and feeling--mahalo nui loa Esther

This is the kind of story that brings a smile to your face. Esther is an ambassador of aloha and she sets a good example for the younger drivers on the importance of a positive, friendly attitude.

Mahalo Nui Aunty Esther, I too have rode on her bus. She has an infectious smile and great you as you walk on the bus. You know you local with awesome upbringing when you get called "Bebe" from a stranger. That's just how we do here! Aloha Auntie!

Aunt Esther is always flowing with energy & the spirit of Aloha! Saw her in Vegas @ the California Hotel in February '08 Class reunion. All the classmates stuck together all these years just amazing! Just a beautiful lady and she is gifted with love & Aloha always!

I have been one of those people lucky enough to ride with Aunty Esther. She is a BEATIFUL, kind and gracious lady, the very essence of the aloha spirit. Thanks for featuring this awesome wahine in your article today.

You are the best!!! There are no words to explain the kind of loving person you are. You fill everyones hearts w/ joy and laughter to fill the rest of day!!! I remember those days when Papa & I used to take you to work when your office used to be at Alapai. I know your dreams were for me to drive the bus too...but, the memories...the laughter...the joy...let's just enjoy that for now...Just remember...We love you & wed are all so proud of you...THE #1 BUS DRIVER!!!

i'm so proud of my makes me proud when i see her doing things that are just beyond her doing and i love her very much.though she has her struggles but finds a way to over come the obstacle..
