This whole letter is all shibai; our roads are in so much disrepair that it is criminal. All the mayor thinks about is an overprice new shiny toy for his ego; knowing full well that the people, the residents of Oahu are being over taxed to the poor house.

It is the rebar depth. Those druggies in the 70's nevah buried the rebars deep enough on those viaduct decks. That's why the stay cracking.
Thanks for the information. Do they have to drill down and install new rebar or just constantly patch it. Now the signs say it will be worked on every night, not just Sunday.
I meant Hoover DAM, concrete there must be 70 years old.

Good job Mayor! Best of luck winning the governor ship and bring us with you.
Yes, good job cleaning the filth off the beaches in Nanakuli.
That he promised several years ago, a small area was cleared, great photo shoot for the man to say LOOK WHAT I AM DOING FOR THE CITIZENS while most of the residents have no beach fit to take their families to, just have to stay home in the heat. All the while paying his higher taxes, sewer fees and whatever else he decides to stick us with.

But these residents realize he is just full of hot air and he knows that so is trying to say how he has helped Oahu. LOL

Workers have found a steady job... do subpar work so you can go back and repair the same problem over and over. Quality work is not in the vocabulary. Why start a project and not have parts to replace it? For example, the bridge siderails in Red Hill going to Kaiser hasn't been finished for a long time now.
