What is Obama hiding from us? So the Star-Bulletin now calls those who would like to see the original Obama birth certificate idiots? Why does the Star-Bulletin simply dismiss this fundamental constitutional question and instead call its neighbors, subscribers and fellow citizens such mean-spirited names? Where is the aloha? Big Mike: Obama, my guess, isn't furnishing his birth cert. because NO OTHER PRESIDENT WAS ASKED TO DO SO.
If he caves in to these crack pots, right-wing nut jobs, he's setting a precedent that whenever anyone challenges the duly elected President about anything, he has to succumb.
And if the "original" was presented, there would STILL be the Limbaugh's and Liddy's who say it's a fake. Obama cannot win on this. So, he says, NO!"

Who are these worthless hose bags who "judge" the posts? They are childish morons who cannot write their on own, they just bash people who can and do.
Look at yesterdays posts...7 measely posts, all "judged" to be "nuts", "clueless", "disagree", unless the poster is like a "Willie", a known military warmonger. I thought Hawai'i was a Blue State? I thought our President was born there?
Why are the GOP rank 'n file dim-wits the only one's to post?

The reason Obama dosn't react to this birth certificate question is that the longer he lets this go on the stupider the Right looks.

"So the Star-Bulletin now calls those who would like to see the original Obama birth certificate idiots? Why does the Star-Bulletin simply dismiss this fundamental constitutional question and instead call its neighbors, subscribers and fellow citizens such mean-spirited names?"

That is typical. Instead of discussing the issue some people resort to argumentum ad hominem (personal attacks.)

See above. Instead of discussing the issue some discuss the person.

So I am not at all surprised when people ask to see No-bama's birth certificate only to receive personal attacks.

Ref Sam Stone's Ltr to wit: "....throwing more support behind the University of Hawaii; we need a high quality university system to produce an educated and motivated work force."

Okay Sam and as soon as they get the sheepskin in hand, they have a plane ticket in the other hand. Being a tourist based State, what do we offer graduating young people? Making up beds in one of our Hotels? Perhaps working in an administrative middle management position earning less than a third of what they could make on the Mainland? Sorry Sam, when and until this State diversifies its economy, we will continue to experience the "brain drain" of our brightest and most capable young people. SHAME isn't it?

Isn't the burden of proof the responsibility of the accuser? They fail to realize that when he took out papers to run as president. He was throughly investigated for many aspect of requirements to qualify as a candidate. To say now he is a citizen of Kenya is a little to late. As president he also is still a citizen and alotted all those privaleges therefore. He chose to seal his BC because he has the right to protect his deceased parents and geneology. Thats his rights not the rights of others. When you question his citizenship and get attacked for doing so it is because it becomes a race issue.Really what else would the attackers be??

Birthers do not belive;

1) Obama was born in the USA.
2) The majority party is called the Democratic Party(rather democrat party).
3) The minority party caused a world-wide reccesion.
4) Industrial waste can change the climate.
5) That dinosaurs were real.
6) Man landed on the moon.
Etc.

Michael P. Rothmans, SO name calling is bothering you? How about during the Presidential campaign when the lunatic wingnuts (such as yourself) were yelling: Terrorist, Muslim, Traitor, Arab, Marxist, Socialist, Communist, etc, etc, etc, etc,.... did that bother you?

listen VERY carefully: YOU ARE INSANE, GET HELP!

Just show the birth certificate.

Enough already.

On the "news" they constantly ask folks opinions on this. Who cares what any individuals think!

Just show the certificate and make it mandatory in the future for candidates. Enough already.

Nonstop trivia on the "news".

What isn't being reported while they waste our time with this.

How about reporting more on the N.J. organ "harvesting"/money laundering crimes by elected officials and "religious leaders"?

Mainstream news is joke.

The question that begs to be asked is why is there a necessity for Obama to release his birth certificate?

The REAL question is: Which came first? Obama or the birth certificate? It's not a question of existence before essence, or is it?

Hmmmmm....microfiches can be altered or even made?

Newsflash for Mr. Rothmans. It's not just the SB referring to you and your kind as idiots, the rest of the world is too. You're trying so hard to turn this non-issue into a "growing controversy" in that parallel universe you live in. Poor thing. The rest of us have real lives to get on with. Please, take off the tin-foil helmest and earplugs, and find a life. Obama already told the truth.

It's just the folks from Grassroots Hawaii who get paid to monopolize the news media outlets and flag anyone who doesn't support the almighty republican agenda.
