Probably not so good for Hawaii Biotech, but considering this from the Honolulu Advertiser in January 2009: "A preliminary tally of filings at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Honolulu show there were 2,069 filings in 2008 as bankruptcies surged to a three-year high" and this recently from Star Bulletin<http://www.starbulletin.com/business/20091201... ; suggests the bankruptcy trend begun during the last President's reign may have peaked, or is slowing, at least in Hawaii. |
