Why not address the real issue here: Driving without insurance? Those are the real terrorists, causing accidents and not being able to cover their mess.

The fact of the matter is that terrorists are out to destroy America. They can be in our country illegally OR they might be American sellouts. Keeping someone from getting a driver license is one very small step but is NOT a deterrent to terrorism. If someone wants to harm the United States, they will find a way. Just think of how many people today drive without a valid license...there must be a million illegal drivers on the road. What's stopping them?
