That sure sounds like the same person.
Thanks for sharing.
I had mentioned this to everyone earlier, but forgot the locations of the mainland forums. This brings it all back. I think there are a couple more Mainland forums that she was posting on.

People went crazy about this, monitoring all the forums and trying to cancel out every single one of "her" posts. Whole forums were set up solely to debunk her. And look - years later, it's all still going on. I see recently one in a long line of "fake" (fake?) alice's is mimicking her posts every day. he/she doesn't have the style down, though. Also notice that every time she posts, someone has apparently programmed their computers to almost instantly give her multiple negative "judge it" icons. I thought that was pretty clever (though maybe kinda obsessive).

You'd think by now that if she was who she says she is, someone would've outed her or vouched for her. Hawaii is too small a place to remain hidden, given that she's revealed so much information about herself, and so many people want to expose her (no pun intended).

Bullshot could be right. There are such things as paid forum posters, whose job it is to simply stimulate traffic and keep the forums going. That's kinda been my theory about her.

No problem with the free speech thing, we're just waiting for you to express an actual thought.

Who in the world, however, takes the time to go to every one of Alice's posts and put a rating on it? Now *there's* a person with a problem.

Who or what is a "Kaz"? This is a new one to me, but I'm surprised that he-she-it has time on his-her-its hand-paws to get this extremely serious job done -- putting stickies onto topix posts.

What's next, counting the white dashes down the highway? Looking for bottle tops? Collecting tin foil?

Geez, Kaz, what's the problem? Your Gameboy stop working?

Thought I'd try something new and copy and paste within topix-From the MADD thread today-

As I noted, I believe that someone has written some kind of macro which automatically gives her posts a certain number of negative icons. If you'll notice, the ratings are assigned very quickly after she posts, and the number and type of ratings are usually the same.

Seems pretty ingenious to me, but probably simple for a computer whiz. I figure he/she has a network, and scans Topix at set time intervals to search for "alice." Whenever it finds that, it assigns the negative ratings by using a macro. I'm assuming it's a network, although I guess it could be done with even just a single computer. Just have to log in under a different name, since Topix won't allow the same "person" to rate something more than once.

You have no idea how it is done, but you posit a theory anyway based on observations. Are your observations "facts", Sunshine?

It's a simple "yes or no" answer.

Try answering directly for once. See if you win some respect.

I agree. I've given her "agree" judgements many times just to see if they would post, but they don't. Just the same old negative icon show.

Alice, I seem to remember you saying you are a stripper in a club in Honolulu, now you say you "work in a club" That's like a crackhead saying he just smokes crack, but he isn't a crackhead.

She works as a bargirl, Stumpy. Haven't you been reading her posts? Even I know the difference between a bargirl and a stripper. Stroll down Ke'eaumoku and you can learn all about it.

As for crackheads, I bow to your greater experience there.

I know bar girls. Man, do I know bar girls. The only difference is the price. Come to think of it, applies to strippers and housewives too. Strippers are cheaper.

Stop getting silly, Bullshot. You're comparing our previous discussions, which related to *scientific* observations made under the appropriate qualifications (which WE agreed upon, BTW), to comments I'm making on a forum. Slightly different context, wouldn't you say? LOL.

You are SO desperate to find mistakes in what I say, aren't you Bullshot? Trying to "even up the score"? If so, I think you'd better get to work. You've got a long ways to go before you even begin to reach the dust cloud that I'm leaving behind. LOL.

Run, Bullshot, run!! ROFLMAO.

Sunshine, we agreed on nothing. You made a post setting out your terms, but I agreed to nothing and, come to think of it, you lost that argument anyway. That was the dust cloud--you ran away.

So, again, distorting what happened to suit your needs? Keep trying, Sunshine.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Scorpio

If you're feeling brave enough, you should get out all your receipts`, and then tot up how much you've spent this month. Or don't you have the courage to do so? It will be far better to know the truth than to pretend that everything's all right. But don't let it spoil what promises to be a delightfully enjoyable and rather emotional day.
