I have now been working as a private chef for the past six months. In truth, I should send you my pay check because without your book "The Private Chef" I wouldn't have a job. It has saved me on several occasions including again last night when I used your Chilean Sea Bass with Black Bean Sauce recipe for a dinner party of six. As for your "Banana Florczak" it is my "go to" dessert which I have used time and time again. People also love my "steamed" vegetables. I could go on. I literally have dozens of cookbooks - international chefs, TV celebrities etc. but yours stands head and shoulders above them all. You have somehow been able to turn even an un-trained philistine like me, into a believer and dare I say...chef!!!
