Can anyone tell me why the members of the Ages Pentecostal church are so rude..they block the roads with their cars which is totally uncalled for when there is plenty of parking beside the church and on the old school lot. and they stand in the middle of the road talking absolutely refusing to move even tho they see you trying to pass. I know they are God fearing and i respect that but cant they use a little common courtesy and just plain common sense and respect other people? They are by far anywhere more holy than or better than any of the rest of us. guess a few of us residents are going to have to brush the butts of some of them to teach them to unblock the road!

Hahaha, I don't suggest you do that. One, they are, as all of us are, God's children. Two, some of them may have family who aren't as into the church as they are, and MAY just be there when you decide to brush any of them out of your way...in which case will brush you completely out of the way. Like dust off of a book. Three, when you or one of your's get sick, have an accident, or God forbid, die, it is those people that you are wanting to brush out of the way to come and pray for you and your family. Life is too short to get angry and burn in hell because you want to do 50 mph thru there. In which case our kids can't ride anymore as they used to.

to whatever; evidently you have a lot to learn, the very fact that people would stand in the road and not move shows their lack of consideration for others, this is strictly what jesus taught against. futher more why would anyone call anyone with that attitude when they need prayer, if god cannot teach them that what they are doing is wrong then why would he hear them when they pray for someone else. jesus was always respectful except to the pharisees and saducees who evidently like these people had no respect for anyone other than their own bunch. peoples fear should be of god not of what others profess. honestly, it is a christians first duty to put others before themselves. if they can hear god enough to shout and speak in tongues, then should they not be close enough to hear god when something one is doing is wrong. if the only time one can hear god is when one wants to then the individuals have selective hearing. just by the comments from the first person, you already know he is offened and this is not justified no matter how holy one thinks one is, let not your good be evil spoken of, ye are a city set on a hill, let your light so shine. perhaps something should be said to them, they way they wont stand before god thinking that it was ok to do this, when we all know deep down it is not. it doesnt matter if a sinner is considerate or not, thats their nature, but it is also the nature of a christian to be exactly opposite and you wont burn in hell for speaking the truth, its supposed to set you free.

I'm a member of the church my younger brother is pastor and not by chance I came across this web page. First of all "Just Wondering", I don't know who you are talking about, but on my behalf forgive us for offending you for standing in your way on the road, but seriously did you have to post something like this up on the web? you could have just blowed your horn or ask them to move aside.
Second of all: As for "Really Now" No need to speak that way against God's people. It would be a scary thing to stand in judgement knowing that you have said such things against God's people.
As for "Long Gone" just maybe they didn't see this person while talking. Who among you is without sin cast the first stone. My Lord folks such a silly matter caused over this? I'm sure you have faced worse things, but once again Friend please forgive us for offending you. God Bless...

To kayster, please tell us exactly where in the Bible does it teach that you should dance around wallerin on a snake. I want to know where that is. It most certainly is not in my KJV Bible.
I can show you where it says not to tempt The Lord Thy God.

Read the last chapter in Mark.
It's not tempting the Lord when the Lord moves on someone to do something.

And though shall take up serpants. That's what the bible says. I was raised in that church since birth I'm 32 today and I'm one of those relatives that ain't that close to The Lord so tread lightly on the brushing cause you might get "brushed" by me.
