"[A]ll power is originally vested in, and consequently derived from, the people. That government is instituted and ought to be exercised for the benefit of the people; which consists in the enjoyment of life and liberty and the right of acquiring property, and generally of pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety. That the people have an indubitable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to reform or change their government whenever it be found adverse or inaquate to the purpose of it's institution. -James Madison

"As societies grow decadent(deterioration of morality), the language grows decadent, too. Words are used to disguise, not to illuminate action: You liberate a city by destroying it. Words are used to confuse, so that at election time people will solemnly vote against their own interests". -Gore Vidal

I started this for Perras and I will continue even after the wrecking ball. No one deserves to be treated like this man has been treated.(like a common criminal). Why don't you find some corruption quotes for Mr. Perras? Or maybe something about respecting our elderly taxpayers. Give us some positive feedback on why we should sell our town out(our citizens) to developers. That would be a nice article in the newspaper.
