hey, lighten up. how hard is it to see that if it doesn't affect you directly it's ok. after all it's just some old dude with a foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel that's in the way of "progress". we're gonna have a beeyooteeful downtown no matter how much property we hafta steal.

Why don't you find some corruption quotes for Mr. Perras?

Or maybe something about respecting our elderly taxpayers.

Give us some positive feedback on why we should sell our town out(our citizens) to developers. That would be a nice article in the newspaper.
