My daughter (a very sweet young lady) w was broken down late at night on I-81, called this tow service for estimate. Tow driver showed up (un-requested) and insisted the car must be towed and stated State Police would impound (this may be true but she was told by State trooper that it would be ok to leave car overnight). Apparently the driver was rude, told her "f*** you". Regardless of the issues, I really
dislike the use of this language with my little girl.

At the very least, I would report them to the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List.
