I'm going to visit my parents for Mother's Day in Johnson City, and I wanted to take my parents to a nice place that served a good Sunday brunch buffet? Any recommendations?

Thanks.

The Holiday Inn used to do a nice Sunday Brunch with a good selection of food. I haven't been in a while, so I don't know if it's still any good are not.

Take the time to go to Carter on Main in Elizabethton. It's worth the drive; the food is great, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is super. Carter on Main is in an old restored home in downtown so it's nicer than a hotel/resturant brunch. They have a website so maybe you can find out more information there.
I always enjoy going there! No matter where you have lunch, Im sure your Mom will enjoy the company and the extra attention.

I second the Cafe 111. Make sure you make a reservation, though.

Be sure to call ahead and make a reservation, as Carter on Main and Cafe 111 may be really busy busy. Peerless (Across from DQ in Johnson City) is just fabulious, again may only take reservations. It is pricey but heck Mom is worth it.

Peerless I think is closed on Sundays. Thank goodness. They have made there fortune. They own 80% of Roan Street. Go somewhere new and give a new business a chance.
