Ballinger fired at Mark Eric Henderson, 19, of St. Paul as he fled the room, according to a criminal complaint.

YEP, ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD IT'S MURDER. HERE'S THE USUAL PATTERN IN THE UNITED STATES GOING TO GREAT LENGHTHS TO PROTECT THE GOVERNMENT-STATE AND THE PEOPLE BE DAMNED.
