1-To the Responsibles of Hanesbrands!!!
Ihave regret to announce that the following legal procedures begun concerning damages for the workers of CD APPAREL,the process will go on . If must remind the interdiction of the boss to move out the containers by the Justice. That will be given to the workers for the next few days. They will decide themselves concluding materials and accessories that your company has between their hands.
Here is the list of containers that will belong to the property of the workers:
CNTR CHASSIS SEAL
AMLU459126-1 4623-F 118214
AMLU 459740-2 4771-F 118215
SCSU450180-5 4778-F 118219
AMLU459759-4 4870-F 118212
SCSU450136-4 9212 118211
2- The workers of the CD Apparel will keep on striking
to force the bosses of Hanes and of CD APPAREL to pay them damages with out taking a long time in fact of the time taken and cost of living.
Being back from visiting USA , Mr Frantz Piloge announce to the workers that he has been discussed of the payment of damages with the responsibles of Hanes.
He says to have asked to the responsibles of hanes to pay the workers immediatly for their due, what the responsibles have affirmatively responded to, but until now they don’t give him this money. The workers will be in doubt and don’t know what to do and who to trust.
Let’s remember along the same week,Mr Frantz Piloge makes the workers understand they count on them in their fight to be compensated so is he by Hanes. He plays a game with the workers and these last ones have already showed their anger and are ready to other sacrifices.
The workers want to believe that Mr Frantz Piloge is saying wrong things to your company in making the working understand that he works for foreign company “Hanes”and this is in the bad faith that it would not want to repay the Haïtian workers, there fore it has done it for other countries such as, Dominican Republic, Porto- Rico, Mexico and so on.
He continues to say among the 50.000 workers around the world
Working for Hanes, only the Haïtian workers who are operated and scored, learning on poverty and misery of the Haïtian.
The workers would please you to send them a complete report from the speech of Mr. Frantz Pilorge concerning this clash then will arrange ourselves to our side to explain you and give you the truth on the question.
On expecting to your report from the speech of Mr Frantz Piloge according to this relative Clash on damages.
-the door of the workers remains opened to the dialog with the persons in charge of "hanes" for they are comprehensibles! It's up to you to decide on!!!
Yours faithfully !!!

who cares about workers in other countries we need to worry about Americans and their jobs! If american workers don't have jobs nobody can buy these products anyway. Maybe corporate America needs to think about that. It may cost more to pay Americans but if they can't buy your product your bottom line will be 0.

I am so sorry you have it so bad BUT It is not illegal for them to shut your plant. What about the American workers who have lost their jobs American companies should keep Americans in their jobs instead of Haitians! Haitian companies should keep you in jobs.

The question this is according to the "code of conduct" done obligation to the persons in charge of your company "[HBI] to give us" domage and interet ,hanes knows it well and this is the reason she did it always for every plant that worked for her such as: DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, MEXICO, PORTO-RICO , CANADA etc... let not us scream us for job but we scream for the question of "domage and interet". to you to do to pass the message!!!

The problem this is not: the decision of "hanesbrands" be legal or illegal, the important one, this is to be damaged by "hanes" according to the requirement of the international law of the work [code of conduct] as her did it for: Republic Dominican, Canada , Mexico, Porto-rico and USA the base of hanesbrands company .To be touched it , we request the support of all the defenders of the human rights and the trade-union organizations to obtain: justice and repair on "hanes" victory for all the workers of the whole world. That “Richard noll, Gerald evans includes/understands the need for paying the Cd apparel workmen in Haiti!!!

Already 4 months since we're starting up with a serie of movements against the company "hanesbrands" [HBI] after his brutal decision and without warning to put an end to the operations of the plant "cd apparel in haiti since May 4 2007. Since then, more 500 families are without job having heavy responsibilities in a country of which the financial situation is very difficult. We realize that the decision of hanes is a discrimination against the haitians workers [following the requirement of the "code of conduct] because of such is not the case for the plants of the other countries as Rep. Dominican, Puerto Rico, Canada,Mexico and the U.S.A that she hears damaging[pay charges] once removed their jobs.

We want that the persons in charge of hanes to know: Gerald Evans, Richard Noll take their responsibilities of damaging the workers of cd apparel [hg] to avoid the worse one before it be too late. The fight is set in motion by the workers victims already the victory is at us; for this, we claim the support of all!!!

Mexico City, Canada, Porto-Rico and U.S.A. It is a cry of alarms which us sending with the persons in charge of hanes so that they accept to pay the workers!!! We know that the persons in charges of hanesbrands are have like a vampire or devil to continue drinking the blood of cd apparel's workers in haiti. That everybody knows by this act aigainst the workers of cd apparel "hanes is a danger for the worker's rights because : today is for haitian's workers, tomorrow is for you . to stop this act of discrimination of "hanes", you have to join haitian's workers in that battle for damage and repairs on hanesbrands...

Responsibles of the Hanes brands,

The comitee of workers of CD Apparel, at building #31, parc industrial (sonapi) HAITI joins their lawer, Jorice Oremil to greet the differences national organization and international for their help and to their enterprise fight by the said workers realize to damages.
Note that the boss of CD Apparel Frantz Pilorge came in Haiti after some meetings with the leaders responsible of Hanes and he has made the workers know that the bosses of Hanes, such as : Richard noll, Gerald evens,Micheal Jordand ………
Are vampires who don’t cease to exploit the workers around the word.
Speaking of Haiti he make understand that the Haitians workers are victims of racial discrimination. This enterprise “CD Apparel” has been congratulated by the same leaders for its efficiency and it’s products without any others .
The Haitians bosses put themselves to the bosses of Hanes side to exploit more the poor Haitian workers .
Lots of companies around the wold have been compensated with discussion such as:
Dominican Republic :3millions dollars us
Porto-Rico =$18.000000 US
Mexico :=$ 27.000000US
Canada : big millions
USA : big millions
And Haitians workers suffer until now and the workers of this company are left to their own devices.
These workers can’t send their children to school , pay the rent not to say sanitary cares about fity thousand (50000) workers arrange themselves already for a strike which aims at two objectives:
1-Ask Hanes Brands to compensate the workers of CD Apparel
2-Ask the Haitian parliamentaries to note the law on minimum wage.

We, workers of the cd apparel let us learn that some bosses of the company Hanes Brands such as: Richard Noll, Gerard Evens, Jorge Oliva from WRAP and others ally themselves with the haitians employers to know: the Bakers, the Apaids, and Richard Coles to prevent to the employees of CD Apparel to obtain their damages and repairs as Hanes does it always for the others plants. For your information, we say that :
Haitian government for the coming days will arrest certain other bosses for corruption and contreband , after the brandt , the Boulos , it will be the Baker's and Richard Coles, the Apaid’s , Madsen, Acra, Meuz turn . This is the reason we want to ask the persons in charge of hanes to divorce with these employers in order not to to be considered as accomplice in the file of the workers of cd apparel because the state haitian [René Preval] will follow: authors and accomplices in this so national one as international file if hanes refuses, she will be considered as social danger for all the workers of the entire world.

We are waiting fo Hanes investigation in Haiti to release this crisis.
We write the American congress to take action to close the Hanes enterprises.
The workers of CD Apparel have been waiting and expecting that the leaders of Hanes will not shut the door in their face and will satisfy the workers .
