Smoke was so bad I asked for my food to go. 3 old men smoking, hacking and coughing made for a wonderful dining experience. Wont be back.

I ate there today for the first time. The place was super clean and catfish was some of the best I have had. I dont smoke and didn't notice any smoke. Our waitress was friendly and took good care of us. I'll go back and take my friends.

Had breakfast at Leona's today. Noticed the smoke as soon as we walked in. State law requires that if there is seating for fifty or more there had to be separate seating for non-smoking. They have none. Took a long time to recieve our food. We noticed a lot of people waiting. Also noticed the waitress that took our order, bussed tables and handled money. Didn't wash her hands between any of that. Will we go back? Not planning on it and if we are ask, will not recommend it to others.

If you haven't tried Hilltop Creations just outside New Hamburg you are really missing out! We had dinner with friends there Saturday and it was excellent. The food was some of the best we have had out in a long time. Excellent food and service. What a great place! We will definitely go back and will tell friends about it! The food and service are what you would expect at an upscale restaurant.

Just grow up! That's actually what most want to do, without having the discomfort of eating their meal in a room full of smoke. Obviously you are not concerned with the air you breath or how you smell.

It's not just a far off matter like lung cancer. I just got over pneumonia, and I can't stand smoke at all. I lived with a smoker for 40 years, and now I can handle no more. I wish I could, but I just can't breathe in smokey rooms. I liked Timbers diner when it was in Advance, but I had to quit going because of one particular smoker, who hung out in there and didn't even eat.

I bet if the health department checked them it would not be a good. I agree they should have a separate area for smoking and the not washing hands is just nasty, they should not be handling food and money......people use the bathroom and don't wash hands, you have some that pick their noses & don't wash their hands and then handle money.....kinda makes ya think Doesnt it. Wonder what the kitchen looks like?

It's called practice makes perfect. I've been in there and the place isn't bad at all. Very clean and very friendly ppl. When a place first opens its gonna be trial and error. If ppl would quit being simple minded the place will do fine.

stopping the smokers at the door would be a good move. Surely smokers can wait 1/2 hour to smoke rather than poisoning the air for everyone. Stop it damn it.

If practice makes perfect, then they should be a lot better b/c they have been in the same business a few years now. Not saying the food was bad, in fact it was very good and reasonably priced. The server was friendly. But the smoke is what will keep us from going back.

We went up Friday night and ate. The food was okay and the service was good. The smoke was terrible, and there were only two or three people at the time smoking. There were 7 or 8 tables that were eating or drinking coffee and visiting. We will not go back because of the smoking. If they stopped the smoking, we would go back and I am sure others would too.
belly up

I think it will go belly up just like when they were in Delta just for the simple fact that the owners don't know how to run a business and they bitch and belly ache about everything, people don't go into a place of business to listen to the owners complain about their business doing poorly or their problems
