this again? If they filled out paperwork sent from their union, the should have been paid if the general contractor has agreed to terms. If they didnt fill out any paperwork or receive any from their union they should call the union, if the havnt its their own fault. I know sides and Penzel have payed. Yes they sent out w2's in early jan. It's been almost a year, let it go. If you're still not working by now, he was probably doing you a favor by employing you for as long as he did cause obviously no one else wants you

You are an idiot. Not everyone got paid. Your info is wrong. Paperwork was files but its never cut and dry. Get all the facts before you assume. Also, if you notice this was posted before the W2's were sent. So thanks for your unhelpful words of "wisdom".

I'm the idiot? When you files your paper works I hopes you spells everythings rights. Maybe that's why you haven't gotten anything. When I was contacted by my union it clearly stated who responded to the first letter and who would be receiving money owed and how much. Everone on the list got their money. If you didn't respond or failed to do so in a timely matter it's your own fault. As far as my unhelpful words of wisdom, I was just stating the facts. Besides, who sends out w2's on jan1st anyways?

Some got their last paychecks, but the thousands of dollars in benefits that he is sitting on will probably never be seen. Some are owed in upwards of +$10,000.

Perhaps the original poster was curious if anyone had heard anything about the W2's so that's why they asked. And no, everyone who filed paperwork did not get paid, only the ones who went to other jobs got paid. Those who were not employed by pick up companies to finish the jobs were not paid.

That's not true i know for a fact ones who didn't choose to finish the jobs got payed. Myself and at least 4 others I know of. as stated earlier if the general contractor agreed to pay like Penzel and sides then they should've gotten payed. If not they should've called their hall to see if they were on the list of employees and which job they were turned in for. It was common knowledge to all employees that letters were sent out, if they didn't get one they should've called their hall. If they didnt then it's on them. And if the job you were on's general hasn't payed then they need to tell their union to get off their ass and push the issue cause I know the unions here and they won't do anything for you unless youre on their ass'
