When is he just going to do the right thing and step away from all of these failing businesses? He has already lost a great chef at Niko's as well as the cigar lounge. I think it's definitely time for him to sell what is left and allow someone with a better acumen for business to take the reigns and hopefully keep some life downtown.

$325? Perhaps if Bill hadn't played golf every other day and smoked his expensive Cubans, he could have paid his bankruptcy fees.

Seriously i really think if he left go of the market and restaurant both those places could survive. The restaurant needs to go a little lower on it's prices but it really is a nice venue. If i had the funds i would take that restaurant in a minute and offer affordable dining
steaks, pasta, maybe call it the upper deck?

I have no pitty for him after what he charges these vendors in the market there should be no reason on why he is going bankrupt all the time. If anyone would be loosing alot of $$ it would be the vendors from what they get charged each month. Its about time hes finally having one of his stores going out of business. What is he gonna have go out next?? They need someone else to take over the market after he moved from 9th street to 8th street hes been in a big hole and thats his own dumb fault!

I suspect that if the state or city would take a close at how Kolovani has conducted his business and financial affairs he could very well end up in handcuffs.

If we are talking about the same attorney, that attorney has brought real jobs to the city. Those businesses are responsible for the creation of hundreds of jobs. He did this without "borrowing" money from a city that is on the verge of being bankrupt. His low income first time home owners housing development on the east side is not an eyesore like the many city projects. He won't build the projected mini-mall on the north side until he has clients to fill it, unlike the cities in-town project which is nothing more than a bunch of fancy empty buildings. Right now, as far as Kolovani is concerned, I think it's a shame we don't tar and feather people like this anymore and ride them out of town on a rail!

Daily Horoscope for December 7

Aquarius

You're full of energy and determination right now, especially when it comes to nailing an ambition or making a name for yourself. You'll want to give it your best shot, and you'll get very annoyed if you feel your efforts are being frustrated by others. Watch out for a rather tense atmosphere with someone older or more influential than you, as this could lead to a row.
