We live in the state of Kentucky in Union County. This county has passed a BS Law that is trying very hard to ban pits. We own a rednose he weighs 60 pounds is almost 2 years old. My husband fells more safe with our pit in our home than ADT. The sad thing is most uneducated and simple minded people have NEVER been around a pit. So if all of the people that know this breed ban together maybe we can save these precious babies!!!!!

Pit Bulls broke up the Beatles y'know? They are all stupid but the law lets the stupids arsees that hide behind dogs be whiggahs and get by with it. They never eat black kids and lower crime and besides, they seem to have became useful in porn films with our bitches. Unreal aint it. Maybe the white population would increase if...

Just look at the almost 2,000 signatures against Denver and read what they are saying and you will understand how wrong this is. SPEND NO DOLLARS IN DENVER, COLORADO petition site. It is NEVER the dog but the person on the other end of the leash who should be banned. Throw the criminal element in jail forever if youu want but don't add to the misery of Helen Keller, Our Gang, and the RCA dog because of terrible people who are using pits for criminal conduct. My rescued pit is the best companion in the world and if this craziness spreads to Ketchum then I will leave Idaho all together. I love all animals but the poor pits are suffering the most. Learn about them. They should be neutered and spayed and not bred for any purpose right now that 1,600,000 of them were killed last year at the humane society. This is America, not Nazi, Germany. You want your right to have guns and hunt animals, then give me the right to own my beloved dog. You are only adding to the misery of these animals by your hysteria. It is wrong. When will people wake up an see the TRUTH? This is so cruel and won't work anyway. Your dog could be next. Please join Roverlution.org to stop this madness and protect our best friends.

People are so arrogant these days they think getting rid of Pitbulls will resolve their dog issue what happens when Rotweilers become popular again? Why don't they just ban dogs! The biggest reason why pitbulls are a "problem" is because they are the majority of our dog population...if everybody owened a lab then their would be problems with labs also. We need to have awarness and maybe need to have stronger laws if someone wants to own any kind of dog. We have to have a license to drive but not to be completly responsible for something that no matter what dog breed is potentially dangerous. Someone needs to come up with a creative solution other then just banning one breed because that is not a solution!
Iwish you would help us by signing our petition Spend No Dollars in Denver, Colorado on Care2. We almost have 2,000 signatures in 3 days and are asking for a boycott of Denver until they stop this nonsense. They have killed 1,700 pets taken from homes of people who could not afford to leave.

We can...join Roverlution.org and sign petition Spend no more Dollars in Denver, Colorado on Care2 . We are trying to stop this nonsense as hard as we can. I have a pit girl I rescued from Reno shelter and she is the greatest companion anyone could hope for. It's the owners, not the dogs.

I have a lab and a pitbull and the lab is much scarier. The pitbull licks everyone but the lab is ferocious and scares people. Please sign our petition Spend no more Dollars in Denver, Colorado we are trying to stop this madness. Google the petition or it is on Care2, please.

The problem is not so much with the breed of the dog but the quality of the owner. Any dog is the product of its enviroment. True the pit has a nasty reputation. and they are notoriously hard to train. I feel that if one wants to own a pit or any other breed, they had better to be willing and able to care for and train their animal or by pass the opportunity. A dog should, in my opinion, be a part of your family and is just as important as one of your children. If you just want to buy one to tie up in the back yard and ignore, then you are going to have a problem no matter what breed.
If you take on a dog. Be prepared to make it part of your life. For the entire life of the animal.
Right on. My rescued pitbull is with me 24 hours a day and is the best companion I've ever found. Don't ban the breed, ban the deed, Punish all the bad owners who abuse these wonderful dogs. Please sign the petition Spend no Dollars in Denver and join Roverlution.org to see that many people are trying to stop this and to educate people.

Banning Pit Bulls breaks my heart. My boyfriend and I have a half Pit half Weenie and he is as sweet as can be. I know and have heard things about pit bulls attacking and being dangerous.... But, i know others including myself who have been attacked by other dogs, them not being Pit Bulls.
I really think this is a stupid thing, when ANY animal can be as harmful as a Pit Bull, IF YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT TRAINER. They are just like any other dog. Its like you being racist of their kind!

i was wondering if dog fighting is still a misdemeanor in the state of idaho?
the only people that can afford insurance are the dog fighters. or someone growing weed.
someone's got someone in their pockets.

I was raised in caldwell by a very stubborn county sheriff for a dad. Which HATED pitbulls to say the least.. I have 2 males of my own, and in recent times have fell on tough times. I went to prison a couple years ago and my parents took my "kids" for me while i was gone. Now i am out of prison and the love and personality of my boys have grown on both my mom and dad to the point that they dont want to give them back. My parents now live in southern idaho and are serious advocates for setting people straight on what these dogs are really about..

Daily Horoscope for December 15

Cancer

You've got high hopes about someone or something today, and you're confident that everything will turn out well. If a positive attitude is a guarantee of a positive outcome then you have nothing to worry about. But is it? There's a chance that you're being far too optimistic, and confusing fantasy with fact. If so, you'll be in for a big disappointment.
