Warren County contractor arrested on larceny charge :

A Warren County contractor has been arrested on larceny charges. The sheriff's office started its investigation into 59-year-old Edward Orminski of Brant Lake back in April.

What are his prior arrests? Did he do this in Florida also? Orminski owes my wife and I a lot of money for the same kind of scheme he was arrested for and there are others in the same boat as we are.

What ever did happen with this case. He is as crooked as they come. I hope they convict him before he does this to more innocent people!

Let's not forget about his wife, Debra Eves, who was also arrested. Her PAID part in this (prepared his bogus expense spreadsheets) put her as knee-deep in this scandal as Ed.

Any one with any experience with Mr. Orminski, Ortec Development in Malta, NY, or his wife Debra should contact the NYS AG, Consumer Frauds and Protection Bureau. Filing a complaint with the AG will help make it worth their while to go after Mr. Orminski (make him a bigger fish in the pond of
crooks).

Orminski is trying to scam some more contractor workthis summer around Brant Lake and looks like him and his wife the bookeeper are getting ready to move. The house is for sale, the 3 horses are gone and they have cleaned up the property.

Check our today's Post Star newspaper...finally, the indictment we've all been waiting for. It will be interesting to see Ed and Debra try to wiggle out of this one. At last they've achieved the rank of CRIMINAL charges...not the civil charges they're used to. This is a whole new playing field.

Yup made my day when I read that this morning,charged with 5 felonies and a midameaner apiece,these people have screwed everyone they have ever come in contact with,workers suppliers homeowners I hope they get what they deserve

It looks like one of Orminski and Eves lawyers Patrick Reidy was arrested for stealing $400,000 from some of his clients. A crook to represent 2 other crooks.

He was their lawyer on the civil cases they have against them not their criminal lawyer.
