Why do 'most' in Hocking county do not beleive in seat belts ? Do you not realize,'Gee IF I HAVE A WRECK AND IT ROLLS, I NO DOUBT WILL GET THROWN OUT.
Not to mention my whole body will get mangled. I see people every day drive thru and hardly no one is seen wearing a seatbelt. More people have been killed by no seatbelt use then people buckeled in . The laurelville po po could write an awful lot of no seatbelt tickets if they would get off their butts and do it, it's easy , just ask the state troopers how many they have wrote while down here......
Just my opinion

Well I guess you should ask why Ross County don't believe in them because she was from Chillicothe.

She and her parents both say she had her seat belt on. I work with this girl and she is going thru a lot so she doesn't need people on here running their mouth about her accident because its none of your business. How would you feel if it was a friend or family member of yours this happened to and someone starts a post about them, I'm sure you wouldn't like it. Karma's a bitch!!! Just sayin'

In a modern day car with a lap and shoulder belt as one piece it's impossible to be ejected from a car. Now an older car with just a automatic shoulder belt and not wearing the seperate lap belt yes you can be ejected...
