Adelanto man accused of punching son, 14

An Adelanto man was arrested Tuesday for punching his 14-year-old son after the boy tried to intervene in a fight between his parents, authorities said.

I feel sooo sorry for this boy. I'm sure this isn't the first or last time he'll have to intervene on behalf of his Mom. And what's wrong with Mom that she's keep this a-hole around? I never tolerated this when my daughter was going up, and have since warned my daughter that if this ever happens to my grandkids, I have male family relatives that will handle a situation like this for me....they will teach the man what real men do to those who abuse those that can't fight back....

I didn't see enough details of this story to know if that creep is the woman's shack up or husband, but she should dump the child and female abusing either way.
